Unfortunately, we have been notified today from our members who have received a scam phone call demanding payment. If you receive a suspicious call asking for immediate payment, please do not release any information.  VVEC will not call demanding a payment and threaten to disconnect your service within 30 minutes.  If you have questions or concerns about your account please call a billing representative at 918-371-2584 or 1-800-870-5948.
