VVEC provides electric service to residential, commercial and industrial consumers in Nowata, Osage, Rogers, Tulsa and Washington counties. The co-op serves more than 35,000 meters through more than 4,700 miles of electric line, making VVEC Oklahoma's third largest cooperative. Policy is determined by a nine-member board of trustees, which is comprised of co-op members elected at district meetings. Ninety employees maintain VVEC's electric system and provide consumer-oriented service from the headquarters facility in Collinsville, and warehouse and maintenance facilities in Nowata and Bartlesville.
VVEC promotes the safe and economical use of electricity among the membership and participates in community and other activities that are in the interest of our members and the general public.
